ReVanced, to be precise ReVanced Manager, is no YouTube app without adds.
It is an app patcher and can use app package files to patch apps before installing the patched app to Android.

If you have a more or less up-to-date phone, your CPU architecture is ARM64 v8 (a).
If a Google login is required in the app you want to patch (i.e. YouTube, YouTube Music), you'll need a login framework called MicroG.
This guide is for YouTube but applies to all supported apps.
